01. Agreement to Terms

By browsing 3 Star BD or submitting an order for our digital scales, you agree to comply with our commercial terms. Phone verification may be conducted before high-capacity scale dispatch.

02. Proper Instrument Operation

Our weighing equipment is calibrated for heavy-duty industrial and commercial use. However, overloading beyond the maximum rated capacity (e.g., exceeding 200kg on model SG200K) or submersing in liquid will invalidate standard warranties.

03. Pricing & Specifications

All prices are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). In rare events of unforeseen supply constraints, our customer support will contact the buyer promptly with alternative options or expedited fulfillment timelines.
