All 3 Star scales supplied by RJ Imports undergo factory sensor calibration. Manufacturing defects in circuitry or internal load cells are covered under standard service support.
Warranties do not apply in cases of electrical surge spikes, submersion in water, unauthorized physical tampering/opening of the motherboard, or physical chassis breakage caused by accidental drops or gross overloading.
These operational guidelines and customer agreements are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dhaka courts.
