01. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing the RJ Imports website or purchasing any 3 Star digital weighing product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services or finalize a purchase. All transactions are final upon the issuance of an official invoice.
02. Order Verification & Finality
For industrial and commercial weighing units, RJ Imports requires a verification process via phone or email to ensure the weight capacity (e.g., 30kg, 100kg, 1 ton) matches your technical requirements. Once an order is confirmed and the product is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified without written consent and potential restocking fees.
03. Payments & Currency
All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept Cash on Delivery (selected items), Bank Transfers, and Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad). Prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT/AIT unless otherwise stated in the final invoice. Full payment is required before the ownership of industrial assets is transferred to the buyer.
04. Use of Equipment & Service
RJ Imports sells high-precision instruments that require careful handling. We are not responsible for software issues, sensor damage, or motherboard failure caused by:
- Fluctuating voltage without a proper stabilizer.
- Overloading the sensor beyond the 3 Star rated limit.
- Use in extreme moisture or dusty environments without IP-rated protection.
05. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website or our offline services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any person or business for any reason at any time.
