01. Product Availability & Pricing

RJ Imports reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product (specifically 3 Star digital scales) without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors in pricing or technical specifications may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

02. Warranty Limitations

Standard warranties cover manufacturing defects only. The warranty is strictly voided if:

The device is opened or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Damage is caused by power surges, moisture, or chemical exposure.
The scale is used beyond its rated maximum weight capacity.

03. Industrial & Commercial Use

Our products are designed for industrial, laboratory, and commercial environments. RJ Imports is not responsible for any certification failures or regulatory penalties incurred by the user if the equipment is not used in compliance with Bangladesh’s local weight and measure authorities.

04. Indemnification Clause

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold RJ Imports, its employees, and its partners (3 Star BD) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

05. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our equipment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
