01. Order Processing Time
All orders for 3 Star digital scales are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
02. Nationwide Delivery
RJ Imports offers nationwide delivery across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. We utilize a combination of in-house logistics and trusted third-party couriers (such as SA Poribohon, Sundarban Courier, or Steadfast) to ensure your precision equipment arrives safely.
03. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For heavy industrial platform scales (above 100kg), specialized transport may be required, and shipping costs will be quoted separately based on your location and unloading requirements.
04. Damage Inspection & Claims
Precision weighing instruments are sensitive. We strongly advise customers to inspect the packaging and the product before signing the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged during transit:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Notify RJ Imports within 24 hours at rjimportsbd@gmail.com.
05. Installation & Calibration Services
Please note that standard shipping includes drop-off delivery only. Professional on-site installation and expert calibration for industrial units are separate services. If you require a technician to set up your 3 Star equipment, please coordinate with our support team prior to the delivery date.
